3. Bookings and Payments

  • Work will commence only after confirmation of payment
  • Payment terms may vary depending on the service

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly

Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.


5. Revisions and Changes

  • Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service package
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges
  • Major changes in project scope may require a new agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials remain the intellectual property of Interiorly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for personal use.


7. Third-Party Services

We may recommend third-party suppliers or contractors. Interiorly is not responsible for their work, pricing, or performance.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interiorly shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Errors arising from inaccurate client information
  • Implementation issues by contractors or third parties

9. Cancellation

Interiorly reserves the right to cancel or refuse service at its discretion.

Clients may cancel services subject to the Refund Policy.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
