Refunds & Returns Policy
- Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
We do not accept returns for:
- Used, installed, or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives *damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within *48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Order number
Once verified, we will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, OR
- Issue a full refund, including standard delivery fees
- Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (EFT)
- Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect
- Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item) → We cover all return shipping costs
- If the return is due to customer preference → The customer is responsible for return shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided processing or dispatch has not started.
After this period:
- A cancellation fee of up to 15% may apply to cover administrative and processing costs
- Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- No one available to receive the order
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
