1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Main cities: 2–4 business days
  • Outlying/regional areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location
  • The size and weight of your order

5. Large or Custom Items

Some items (e.g. furniture or oversized décor) may:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.


7. Delivery Requirements

  • Deliveries are made to physical addresses only (no P.O. Boxes)
  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for the order

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


9. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays
  • High order volumes
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances
