Refund & Service Policy – Interiorly

This policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and service satisfaction.


1. Nature of Services

Interior design services are customised and tailored to each client. As such, refunds are limited.


2. Consultations

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place
  • Missed appointments may not be refunded

3. Design Services

  • Once work has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable
  • Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances

4. Client Satisfaction

We aim to ensure satisfaction by:

  • Offering reasonable revisions
  • Addressing client concerns

5. Digital Products

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered

6. Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project

7. Discretion

All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Interiorly.
